Locked In is a dance practice application that allows users to:

• Record and upload choreography videos
• Practice with ghost overlay in mirror mode
• Track progress through gamification features
• Record practice attempts

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of videos and content you create. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and display it within the app for your personal use. You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Violates any applicable laws

5. Premium Features

Locked In offers a one-time lifetime purchase at $9.99 USD that unlocks unlimited access to all features. After the initial free trainings, premium access is required for continued use.

• Payment is processed through Apple App Store
• This is a non-consumable, lifetime purchase
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
